Reserving an item is a way for a friend or family member to secure a gift, and give you time to organise it, or visit a store to see it in real life before purchasing it. Remember, if you reserve it, it means no other friends or family will be able g

It means this item hasn’t been purchased yet off the Registry, and is available to be gifted.
An item says gifted, what does that mean?
This means the item has been purchased and is on its way to the Registrant. The tracking will be sent to the Gift Giver.
How do I know who bought a gift for me?
Log into your Gift Registry and head to your ‘Registry Activity’ to see information on gifts purchased for you.
Where and when will my gifts be sent?
When purchasing through your Gift Registry, your friends and family can choose to have the item sent directly to your address or to their own address. If the item is in stock, it will be dispatched immediately to that address and follow our standard
How do I change my delivery address/and or end date?
Click here to log into your Gift Registry to change these details, which you can do at any time. Please note, a delivery address must be entered, and cannot be left blank.
How are Gift Registry gifts wrapped and delivered?
Any order at The Memo, including Gift Registry items, come in a Memo delivery box with our signature tissue. If the gift giver has included a greeting message, this will be written on a card and included within the box. If the gift giver has selected
Can I add Gift Cards to my Gift Registry?
Yes, you definitely can!
Can I return an item that I was gifted if I don't like it?
For Gift Registries purchases, we offer gift credit to the Registrant. Simply follow our return process.
Do you ship internationally?
Not at this time.
Can friends and family who live overseas purchase from my Gift Registry?
Yes. Please note the gift will only be able to be sent to an Australian address, so we suggest they use the Registrants Shipping Address.
What happens if an item on my Gift Registry goes out of stock?
We do our best to stay in stock but sometimes, an item you have selected may not be available to purchase for a period of time. This item will display as temporarily unavailable to your friends and family, but as soon as the stock is available, the b

Yes, you can, but please note the date of delivery before committing.
Can I buy multiple gifts?
Yes, absolutely! Add as many gifts as you would like to your cart and go through the usual check out process.
Can I buy items that are not on the Gift Registry?
No, this is not possible, even if they are for you. If you would like to buy another item for yourself or your friend, please purchase this through The Memo and not the Gift Registry experience/ log in.
What is a Post-Purchase Registry Discount Code?
