As part of your shopping experience with The Memo, you have 30 days from your purchase date to make a return or exchange (some exclusions apply). 

You will be eligible for Refund, Exchange or Store Credit if your item is in a new, unused and resalable condition. 

Purchases made in-store or online can be returned to The Memo stores, simply bring the item and proof of purchase.

Exclusions:

Items listed as Online Exclusive are not eligible for in-store returns. Simply email us at [email protected] to request approval for your return.

Banwood products must be unused and unassembled, in original packaging and in a sellable condition. 

Stapelstein products are excluded from change of mind returns
